About this map

All fifty-eight tiger reserves, from the first nine of 1973 to the newest additions. Each marker names the state, the core national park, and the exam tag.

Reserves are asked as state matching and as "which is the largest/newest" records. The 1973 first-batch list (Corbett, Kanha, Manas and six others) is a recurring question.

Newsmaker reserves (cheetah at Kuno, which is not a tiger reserve, is the classic distractor) keep the list moving. Pair with the national parks map: many cores overlap.
