About this map
The great rivers from the Nile to the Amazon, plotted where the exam points: usually the mouth or a signature city. Each marker names the sea it enters and the countries of its basin.
River-to-sea matching is the core skill, plus which rivers form international borders (Danube, Mekong, Rio Grande). Records (longest, largest discharge, largest basin) are asked with deliberate distractors.
River disputes are IR questions in disguise: the Nile, the Mekong, the Indus. Cities-on-rivers appear as location pins (Cairo on the Nile, Baghdad on the Tigris).
